    injury leg exercises ?

hey guys , iv got a bit of a problem at the moment , my right foot is in a pretty bad way pain wise , iv been to the doctors and they said it will just go when its ready to but that could be weeks or even months , iv already missed out 2 leg sessions because of this and dont want to miss any more , im doing leg extensions and leg curls at home but obviously squatting is out as is calf raises so i was wondering if anyone can give me some exercises i can do to help build myself a leg training regime untill i recover ?

You can't put any weight on the foot? Then unfortunately all you can do is unchained exercises like leg ext and leg curl. How does it feel if you do leg press?

i can put weight on the foot but when the weight is directed to the outside of my foot the pain kicks in so i dont want to risk being half way through a rep of heavy press and my foot give way , guess ill just have to stick to extentions and curls , thanks

You could always do lighter weight for more reps. Just because you can't go heavy, doesn't mean you can't do anything at all. Try doing in the 15-20 rep range. You might be surprised.

thanks i might give it a go next session , my squats and leg press are normally at the end of my workouts anyway but i hardly ever do full ROM squats i find i get alot more doing heavier 1/2 squats and doing lighter hack squats so i might just skip the 1/2 squats and do lighter full ROM
