    1 Month Progress

    hey guys,

    Two weeks ago I asked about my two week progress, and you guys said come back in another two weeks. This skinny fat seems so impossible to lose! I'm definately noticing some results around my chest, but the hip and belly fat is just a hard-ass to lose!! Still doing 40-45 min mid-intensity cardio everyday. Working out 5 times a week. Anyone have any tips on losing difficult skinny fat?

    Is my 1-month progress going good?

    Doesn't even seem that you're "skinny fat." If anything the most fat looks to be in your pecs. Just give it time and muscle will fill in. (I'm also judging from a 2 dimensional photo so I could be very wrong.)

    Make sure you're eating right for your goals as well as hitting your workouts. Do that for 3 months and ull see something

    imo you should lean bulk, your not fat so you should build a solid base and bulk for the next year then come back and cut in 12 months time, you'll be glad in the long run. if you cut now youll look malnourished
