hey guys,
Two weeks ago I asked about my two week progress, and you guys said come back in another two weeks. This skinny fat seems so impossible to lose! I'm definately noticing some results around my chest, but the hip and belly fat is just a hard-ass to lose!! Still doing 40-45 min mid-intensity cardio everyday. Working out 5 times a week. Anyone have any tips on losing difficult skinny fat?
