sugar free jello works wonders. you coudl eat your weight in dat sht and not gain...
I like cans of chicken broth too. Not the low sodium kinda, no flavor, but a can of reg chicken broth is like 10cal
throw in some steamed veggies=huge bowl of soup! for under 100cal.
I cut off 300lbs of weight. I KNOW how to 'get full' on not many cal! lol*Unaesthetic Crew* - Disregard V-Taper, Acquire PRs.

Campbells Healthy Request Chunky Soups are really filling, I always have this with a salad... totally full.
This one only has 200cals for the entire can, just gotta watch the sodium (it is lower than normal soups tho).
Filling snacks:
100cal pack of popcorn, with half a portion of deli turkey (125 cals)
cucumber with vinegar with a little piece of chicken (100 cals)
carrots, celery, and a fiber one 90cal bar (135 cals)

Not sure if you would consider it a meal or a snack but, 200g Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt with a whole chopped apple mixed in. <200cals in the whole thing
