    Milk For Recovery VS Recovery drinks !!!!

    Throughout my experience of extreme workout's iv tried formula's and all that expensive bull!!! but what is amazing is the recovery from milk !!! iv done research on this and it really is amazing stuff.

    Interested to know others opinions....?

    Peanut butter must be made completely different over there in the US because here it tastes dry as **** and I wouldn't mix it with anything.. would probably smell like sick.

    Powdered milk is life saving nutrition in a lot of underpriviliged nations. Absolutely use it. Nothing wrong with adding a little protein powder to it as well....

    I do this and pour in powdered peanut butter then mix it real good (blender or shaker) and it kinda taste like a Reeses Pieces smoothie. <-- keyword here is kinda.
