Throughout my experience of extreme workout's iv tried formula's and all that expensive bull!!! but what is amazing is the recovery from milk !!! iv done research on this and it really is amazing stuff.
Interested to know others opinions....?

Milk all the way, chocolate milk with some peanut butter mixed in is the recovery drink of choice for me; costs way less than any supplement and tastes amazing.

Powdered milk is life saving nutrition in a lot of underpriviliged nations. Absolutely use it. Nothing wrong with adding a little protein powder to it as well....
