I'm a Navy Senior Chief (E-8), with 20+ years as an Electronics Technician. Most of my career has been in submarines, but I also had a tour working with Marines in joint duty.

If you can log into PRIMS (via BOL), click "Help" on the menu bar for Bike/Elliptical calculator (to convert bike calories into run time), then Practice PFA Results, Physical Readiness Results tab and enter all your data.
Disclaimer: I can't access the PRIMS site from home, so these unofficial answers are from my iPhone app:
Bike: 179 calories (awesome result, by the way) at 179 lbs = 10:22 run time
Age 20-24, 100 situps= Outstanding (90 points)
89 pushups= Max (100 points)
10:22 run= Excellent (75 points)
Overall = Excellent
Note: 105 situps would have hit Max for that category, and an overall Outstanding
