thanks guys bench pressed the 100 lb dumbbells for 13 reps, then the 95 lb dumbbells for 10 reps, then the 85 lb dumbbells for 17 reps, then did the 65s for nice slow negative controlled reps. Then I took this picture...

For arms, I do triceps on shoulders day and chest day and I essentially do dumbbell skull crushers and then cable extension variations. I don't care too much about the weight, I do 15 - 20 reps per exercise and then even do drop sets focusing on the feeling in the triceps to make sure I get a good pump.
For biceps, that is on a day of its own and I literally only do 6 sets and I'm done. I do dumbbell biceps curls, usually 45 x 15 for each arm, gotta go buy some 50 lb dumbbells... and then I will do hammer curls, then bent over arnold concentration curls, then I just do high reps with the 25 - 30 lb dumbbells doing a bunch of different movements trying to squeeze the blood into it. Reps are always 15 - 20 per arm.
Ya man tryin to bring those up. Just found a gym that has some great pressing equipment and so hopefully that will help!USPlabs Representative. Alpha Manlet.
