How do you actually wake up feeling rested? I've tried MJ, helped a little bit and alcohol makes me stay UP.
I just drank like lots of milk and took a godly nap.
How do u sleep so well????

i take diphenhydramine about 2.5 hours before bed and melatonin 1 hour before bed

just get into a regular sleeping pattern
i put earbuds in so i don't wake up if someone makes noise
plus i'm awake for 16+ hours a day so i usually fall asleep within 5 minutes☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆

I had this sleep problem for 4 years I couldn't get enough sleep, tired as **** all the time, taking few hour naps in the afternoon. Messed up sleep schedule completely.
I have no trouble falling asleep except I'm tired as **** all the time. But I tried going to sleep at 7pm and waking up at like 4am. I haven't been so rested ever since I was a child.

TLDR; go to sleep early and wake up at like 4am

Try ZMA (or a regular magnesium supplement) and melatonin. If that doesn't work, weed receives my highest recommendation.

I also took zma-5 with diphenhydramine a few times and it gave me the deepest sleep and most realistic and vivid dreams ever, basicaly i felt like i would have felt irl if it(the dream) was real, but i wanted to sleep for like 12 hours and was pretty tired in the morning

avoid using the computer/tv an hour or two before bed and read something/stretch.

6 hours a night crew checking in. Always tired. Would love to know how it feels to be well rested all the time, id be on another level.
And if I sleep longer I feel even worse the next day. Shits fucked.

Better be ready to go to sleep if you pop an ******. Sh*t gets trippy if you fight it. And make sure you have atleast 8 hrs to sleep too.
I need to get hooked up again with some more.
Using an OTC sleep aid right now. Or Motrin PM. I might have Insomnia.

Nope. Never sleep for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time before I'm woken up by nightmares about either a) giant spiders crawling on me while I'm sleeping b) people I know dying or c) people I know that are dead standing around my bed.
