Going to make this simple. I do a Mon Wed Fri setup.
Mon-chest and tris
Wed-Back and bic
Fri-should and legs
I do abs 15 mins each at end of workout on those days. My TOTAL workout time is 1 hour (45 workout 15 abs)
I've done my research and I only workout 3 days because i'm a hardgainer. CORRECT ME if I need to be doing more PLEASE.
If you guys think I should do a Mon tues *** thur frid schedule please tell me.
Anyways main question is i'm still really sore from mon should I pump out my workout wed?
i'm not new to lifting but this is a question I still never really asked or learned.. I have researched it and get yes and no from different places.

Just means you're out of shape but that never stopped anyone, and I thought I was a hard gainer too until I actually started a diet. Turns out I was just not eating enough. Unless you're medically proven to have a slow metabolism don't let that stop you. Also there's ways to improve your metabolism (foods, enzymes, etc.)

If you're sore from your previous workout often even though you do the same movements every workout then most likely you either have too much volume or you aren't eating enough. You could also be having days where you try something new (DOMS) or days when you bust your balls much harder then any other days.
