i have before pics, but im saving after pics till the end of my cut, after my carb up (in like a month)

i agree.
cutting right now... i may have pics in like a month or so
ive been PLing since jan 2011, my best squat is 590x3, but that decreased a little bit on this cut. im getting into oly lifting, my best front squat is 385 after only doing the movement twice.
my current routine is legs, push, pull. i'm gonna run a more dedicated oly lifting routine once i learn proper form for the snatch and get down proper mobility. i dont wanna snap my sh-t up, but im still kinda easing into. pretty psyched.
