Hey, this question might sound really dumb but for Bill Starr's 5x5, I noticed that there is only 1 shoulder exercise.
I'm looking to build broader shoulders (aka canon ball shoulders) but i'm just wondering if military press alone, is enough for broader shoulder development.
I'm going to put calf raises on tue-thur-sat. just calf raises since my calves are relatively small.
That wouldn't do too much harm would it?
