This is where your assumptions fail.

Yep, have no idea what that is. Came in here to see what the hell "Manoush" is. I would look up a recipe on how it is made and calculate it based on its raw ingredients - even better, make some yourself, then you know EXACTLY how many cals/macros it is.

It varies a lot but the zaatar manoush has around 380 calories and the cheese sits a bit higher at around 400- 450 calories.

Personally I wouldn't use it as a regular breakfast, it's not filling enough for the amount of calories it brings.

I'd say it is about 700 to 800 for a full one.

Depends on the size of the pita bread and depending on amount of oil they use.

I'm guessing a whole pita about 6 inch close to 140ish calories. 12 inch pita thin one my parents eat is 280 so rough estimate honestly they vary.

Oil on one would be 2-3 spoons depending on how muxh zaator they put. So 240-360. Zaator is w.e

I would say a whole sandwhich is 500-600.

Cheese is a bit tricky but they usually use that white arabic cheese which is usually 80-100 calories an ounce. So w/e ounces you got+ atleast a spoon of olive oil or something. I'd say a 6 inch would be around 500-600 also. So roughly if you ate half of both just think 500(at least)-800(at most)
