Post How to maximise having only light weights

Hey. I have relatively light dumbbells and want to know how to maximise my use with them. Could u give me a list of very hard exercises ,for each body part, to build muscle

    How light is 'relatively light?'
    No brain, no gain.

LIGHTWEIGHT BABBBYYY. Do Push ups, Pull ups and something like jump squats with those little weights.
Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder..but no one want to lift some heavy as weight.
