I woke up angry today. It's going to be a great day. Some days I wonder how I haven't committed murder yet.

Clearly you think he does, or you wouldn't have put up $16
What are you saving all your $ for? My two biggest bye weeks are this week and next. I won't need $ after those weeks. I figured that possibly you and others may bid on him given all the byes, and I'd much prefer you stick will terrible David Wilson (which is why I also snagged Daryl Richardson.) He has a better chance than Vick Ballard of putting up big numbers (since they play Carolina.) If I'm lucky, maybe he gets me through next week too.
Cheers.Who was this love of yours?

Yeah, I didn't thin kyou'd go $26. I'm not saving my FAAB dollars, but when I've gone to use them I've been outbid. So I've kept them.
Wilson has an upside shot, but nothing I'm overly confident in. They've seen his potential when he touches the ball, he just has to hold onto it though. With the swiss cheese D the Skins have, he definitely has a chance to put up numbers, provided the Giants can hold back the Skins offense (which there is no telling which Giants D will make an appearance any given week).
I nabbed up Powell, who is the #1 for now, but it sucks his opponent is the Vikings.-

Skins run D has actually been pretty solid. It's the passing game where they're getting killed.
I left powell alone because AZ has a fairly rough schedule (not just this week, as you already noted), from an RB fantasy perspective. But he was one of the 3 guys I was looking at.Who was this love of yours?

After this week I won't need him. But this week could be my undoing. if I can't muster a win here, it might seal my fate. This week takes out Charles, my starting RB and McGahee my back up / rotating secondary back w/ McFadden.
This season hasn't been good to me in this league. To play the points scored/against game. I've scored teh same amount of points as Hish (4-2) and only 13 points less than you (4-2), but I'm 2-4, thanks to 600 f*cking points being scored against me.-

I don't buy that argument. We all work to make our money. If we take our money and start a business, does that mean that business shouldn't be taxed? Should any business be taxed? I think capital gains should be a separate type of income with a similar structure to the current federal income. If you make less than $10,000 (or whatever the equivalent income level is) in capital gains, then you aren't taxed on it, but if you make more than $250,000 (or whatever the highest tax bracket is) then you pay that same 35% on everything you make above and beyond that level. Honestly, the 15% tax on gains DOES prevent me from investing more heavily in the market short-term, because I know that I need to make that additional 15% for it to be worthwhile, but if there is less of a barrier for those of us who can't afford to invest so heavily in the market, and a more 'fair' rate for those who are essentially using capital gains for their primary income anyway - I think the net benefit would be positive.
I completely agree on the 14% argument. I think very few middle class Americans have an effective tax rate higher than 14%. One of the reasons that his rate was 'only' 14% is because he had something like $3 million dollars in charitable contributions that he was able to deduct - more than his tax bill.My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Romney donated over 4 million but only got deductions for like half to keep his total taxed % at or above 13%

It's not an 'argument', it's my opinion. Of course businesses should be taxed, and they are. However, there should be tax incentives for keeping more of the value-added work in the U.S.
It makes no difference how much you make, since you were already taxed at the 'appropriate' tax rate the first time you earned the $$.

I bought the game based on Shoup's posts. Having fun killing off most of the office staff.
It brings the Lulz to see which of them get lucky and which buy the farm as rookies. The owner of our company has been my point man. I expected him to bite it early on. But, despite being gravely wounded on every mission, he's now a Lieutenant and has single-handedly captured two aliens.☠ By reading this post, you have agreed to my negative reputation terms of service.
