I agree .Grip has always been a weak point for me. Most direct work bores me and it didn't help when I pinched the nerve that compromised my left hand even more. I've been rope climbing at my gym now and that taxes the forearms like crazy (especially since they have a rock climbing style rope and not a typical fitness climbing rope). My forearms have seen noticeable improvement in just the last 1-2 months that I've been doing the climbing.

My forearm workout today will involve copious amounts of food and wine, plus the television remote control (Go Texans!)

My grip is decent considering 10 years ago I broke both elbows and shattered both wrists. Arthritis is a beesh.

Never broke a bone and only 1 suture and it was to hold the stents in my sinuses. I have had 191 staples though.

I bought the 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 CoC. At my peak I had almost closed the 3. I swear I got it once when I was drinking, lol, but that memory is suspect. Last I checked there was a CoC 4 which took something like 375 lbs to close and only a few guys in the world had done it. I would not want to tangle with those guys.
I think it's awesome having freakishly strong grip. I'll be messing around with my gf and she thinks I have some kind of robot strength... Edit: problem is I can hurt her if I'm not carefulAll Hail the Ultimate Master, "I Know More Than The Generals Do", Donald Camacho Dr. Pepper X-Ray AR-15 Trump

Sharing by choice...totally socialist.
Anybody who thinks that card is indicative of anything is too stupid to give political commentary.
