Have any of you guys/gals tried "After Glow" by BioRhythm? We were shopping stateside today and I wandered into a supplement store while bored, and the guy was touting this stuff as the best post work out supplement out there.

I usually just workout before a big meal and then feast.
Course... I've been in perma-bulk mode for a couple years now.

I'm in the creatine and fish oil group. An inexpensive WPI/WPC mix on a cut only because it's easier to hit protein targets -- even then, I've successfully gone w/out before. Pretty pointless on a bulk. The rest of it has no use for me. Eat a roast beast or some other vegetarian critter.
