I figure you're trolling, but honestly...WTF is the draw with Titan Fall. At no point did I think the game looked good, it looks like another faced paced, aim assist arcade shooter. The mechs aren't a draw at all for me, I really, really don't understand all the hype behind this game.

I'm sure you'd see appeal if it was a PS4 exclusive.

I showed the video of it to my buddy, well actually I had to show it to his son because he refused to watch it since he hates COD and most FPS but since I got his son to watch it he joined in and towards the end of the video was saying how it looked pretty cool.

I don't think it's anything ground breaking but everyone gets wet at the new COD and that's pretty much the same sh*t with different locations, different guns, etc. This just looks like a nice new spin on a pretty standard FPS genre.

Personally I'd prefer a story driven game like Uncharted, Last of Us or a Mass Effect type game but if you like FPS then it's definitely a cool game.

maybe I'm just burnt out on FPS. BF4 doesn't look exciting. Nor does COD Ghosts. or the new Killzone.

No. I love FPS games, but I like to have some sense of reward...guns with no recoil / overly arcade just arent that fun. I find myself going out of my way to make them entertaining.

IE, In COD I'll play a class of only throwing knives, pistols, snipers with no scope (not actual "ZOMG NO SCOPE" but taking the scope off).

At least battlefields scale has a draw to me. Titan Fall still looks like small, close quarters maps, super fast arcade movement and just generally not appealing to me as a gamer.

Xbox is a casual console for sports game/fps games
PS3 released new creative IPs all the time
in the past year and by the time next gen consoles come out PS3 will have released more higher rated exclusive games in that span then in the 360s entire lifespan

Like I said...it's different.

I used to love mech games, movies etc so the combination seems pretty cool to me. I also like(from what I've seen) how the game is displayed, how the mechs come down...the risk/reward vs using a mech or sticking as a pilot or whatever they're called. And I don't know the map sizes but considering Mechs and the ability to bounce around like crazy I can't imagine it would be all that small scale.

Let's be honest Halo was a smashing hit and it's missing a lot of what you say you enjoy. Personally as I said I dont think it's anything groundbreaking but I think Sony fanboys downplay it just because it's an XBOX game right now and everyone would be excited about it if it was out on PS4.

I already said I prefer story driven games. So the game I have my eyes on for XBONE is Quantum Break. Tough to say what it will be like as far as story but from what I've seen the concept is pretty cool.
