Have any of you ordered from Jay's site? I placed an order a week ago and it still says pending. I've emailed every address possible off his site and cannot get a response. If you've ordered from there in the past, how long did it take for them to get your order processed & shipped?

Never have, but Jay says in EVERY one of his DVDs that he gets to all orders as soon as he can. He is home now, with 100% no travel. So, wait a few more days say monday. Then see what is up. Right now, he may of just had stuff going on and didn't get some orders out.Originally Posted by icanrace

ive ordered off his site. usually comes pretty fast. 1 week or so. right now though, FEDEX is having issues with package delivery. might be one possible issue.

Odd I've ordered a few things from Jay before, always quick to respond (I get it sent out to Australia) and I'm pretty sure he does it all himself with his wife (both times she wrote on the parcel).
Maybe due to the fact its just before the big O?

j/k I've never ordered stuff, but I heard he and Kerry do all the business ops themselves. Maybe he's just getting less of that done focusing more for the O prep, I would wait a little longer.

I ordered 1 shirt the other day. Paid for priority 1-3 day shipping. Still says pending and no email response! Someone making that kind of money should have it to ya next day free shipping! We will see what happens. May have wished id ordered long sleeve or a size bigger if it takes much longer! Lol

Im going through the same thing! Its been 2 weeks for me. And the only contact number appeared on my bank statement and I called and it'd not even Jay Cutlers companies number. I wish someone could tell me what the heck is going on...

I've ordered 3 dvds, and 2 shirts from him (3 separate orders). All take about 3 weeks to get to me. If you asked for something autographed then you have to wait until he gets around to doing it himself. I think that's where my Kai order went wrong. But as for him mailing them out himself, I doubt he does that anymore, since he has assistants and Kerry. But he signs them himself. There was a vid where he was wearing just a robe signing a bunch of stuff for people. Scratchin his nuts all.

I ordered a shirt about 5 weeks ago through his site when he was running a discount, shirt was 15 bux. But it never came, multiple emails with no response then Nov 10th I opened a paypal case and today was the last day they had to respond and nothing still. sadface.jpg
