So I need advice on how to incorporate my leg workout around my rugby schedule. I have practice on tuesday, wednesday and thursday and games on Saturday and during the season I try and workout MWF. Friday is probably out of the question because I need to be fresh for the game on saturday So my question is will my legs not recover and grow if I am running hard the day after I work them out? Which day do you guys think is best?

If you're eating like a champ, then you should be fine. I would do them on Monday.
