If you're trying to do the BBing thing you really don't need a training partner, they will only slow you down. I understand though if you're trying to do the Powerlifting.

I really would just like a partner on my bench and squat days. Would be nice to have a consistent spot.. I always feel like a dik when I ask for a spot. I'd love to try hellerraiser training too.. that chit seems hardcore, but you need a partner for the negatives.

I talked to my doctor about it recently. I said he would but suggested some not so permanent things too though. I think he thinks I may change my mind. I'm 34!

What a great birthday present! Have a happy surgery if that's what you decide to do. My husband and I have talked about getting my tubes tied, but it's hard to find a doctor willing to do it on someone so young. Oh well, I'll keep getting shot full of hormones until someone will do it for me.

Ladies if you do it I got a rec for you. Last April I got the Essure done (English much?) and it was awesome. It was done in the doc's office, I went by myself and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Shot in the butt for pain (hopped up Motrin, basically), dilate cervix with cold water, insert camera, etc place metal coils in tubes done. Wait 12 weeks (I think 12 weeks) go back in and they shoot ya with dye to see if any goes through. Easy peasy. Oh and it's permanent.

For us it was just easier, honestly. He's busy with work I got this done solo. And it's the most effective form of birth control.

He says he doesn't want to. I dont know why exactly. It's either an ego thing or maybe he thinks if we don't work out he still has a chance to have kids. He always wanted kids but I don't and he's 4 yrs younger than me.

It would be much easier for him to snip than me but I'm not going to wait on him to come around to the idea and have an "oops" in the meantime. I don't want kids and I definitely don't want them at my age.

I passed on being a CT Trooper back in the 90s, 4 or 5 previous training classes had graduated and gotten immediately laid off. I would have gotten in, and been active over a year after passing the training. So, I had an in in the DOC.. did that for 8 years.. blah.

Enjoy.. and don't pull me over on 91 when I am doing my VT - CT runs.. mucho appreciated.

I had my tubes tied. It was really really simple. I think I was back to 100% within 48hrs. Hurts when you first wake up though.

Haha, sorry. 19D is his MOS, Military Occupational Specialty. Just what they call their jobs. He's a Cavalry Scout, unless I am remembering wrong, which gives him the right to wear a stetson, which is just a special hat, at special occasions.
