Puni that's still my favourite song of hers. I saw her in concert... I was a great show. You can tell she can really sing, rather than just use an "auto tune" like so many other celebs.

Me and the hubs have a bet going that she had her nipples removed for primetime television. Or was it lowered? Either way she should be nipping like 90% of the time but have yet to see one.
Oh, and I got a CHEEEP $100 weight bench system with a quad extension thing, lat pulldown thing, and barbell with weights. She threw in the ab roller for free lol. Something called Phoenix Olympic 500 i think. I don't think the rack raises tho, so could I not do squats with it or????I have no idea what I'm doing, I just fkking do it.
If it's hard that just means you need to do it more until it isn't.

If your pt said no squatting, then don't squat or replace that for another exercise with the same body mechanics. Ask your pt if you can do leg extensions.
Edit: based on your question it looks like you have problems with your hip flexors/adductors, avoid any motion that involves these types if movements.300 Forever

Hmmmm. Hard to say . . . you MIGHT be able to. You'll have to see once you can mess around with it. If that bench back comes forward far enough, you might be able to turn the stands around and unrack it from the back (where you would be facing the bench). My old roommate had a bench that you could do that with and it worked well.
