I have a subscription to Oxygen Mag in Australia. It's good, a little cheesy, but still and lot of good info. I would recommend that over other mags.

I think magazines push a lot of nonsense. I have been getting a lot of fitness magazines by mail lately that I did not request or pay for. Sometimes I flip through them to see what they say and it's always amusing. The covers are amusing as well. I guess the truth of how to get a better body doesn't sell magazines.

The weather is crazy here--60 degrees today and it's supposed to snow tomorrow. I've been working like a dog trying to get my yard cleaned up for winter.

I don't think they understand how expensive it is to be a woman.

On the same note, I think tampons and pads should be fully subsidised by the government.

I've heard of the diva cup. And it doesn't sound or look pleasant. I would probably barf everytime I had to empty it.

It just costs a lot more to be a woman in general. Which is why I'll offer to pay, but I'm not going to argue and insist. Chances are my outfit cost more, my hair cost more, my shoes cost more, and I'm wearing make up which he has never had to pay for.

I do not think she learned her lesson. She seemed to think we were all crazy and she did nothing wrong. I really think she expected the women to bash her date.

Yep "nice" restaurant out with friends before they have their first baby and are stuck for a while
Pregnant lady spied them as a server walked by. Our server came to get our order and I was all "Um we want doughnuts!"

It's probably just the type of woman she is/type of women she hangs out with. High maintenance etc
