Ya I'm too scared of hurting myself since I never touched a BB... feel like I need a bit of prep bfore I bust up in my own gym and get on it. Esp since no females at my gym lift I know it will be a show the first time I get in there. Just talking a few sessions at the Ross place in Little Rock. It would help not feeling as intimidated.
If I get good I would love to do Strongman
Oh I did get the SS book btw 3rd edition can't wait to take a looksee when it gets here

Nerd Alert: I'm supposed to go to the gym after work, all I really want to do is sit at home and play DC Universe with my husband. He tried to make me feel better and said, "We'll play DC universe after the gym." I guess that's a good enough compromise.
