My birthday is today. I'm so ****ing old and bald. The only thing that makes me happy is knowing my GF is 27 and I'm now 33, so I feel like a bit of a pimp. Men are retarded lol.
I overhead pressed 385 yesterday which is a personal record, so that was a nice present too.
Here is my old man advice so far, I just said the first things that came to mind.
"Don't waste time stressing over the little ****. Life is too short to worry about things that don't matter in the end".
"If you've never had a serious romantic love in your life I highly recommend finding one. Nothing has ever brought such strong emotions into my life, the highs, the lows, the memories."
"Fulfill your potential with hard work and persistence. I've seen many people who have potential (sports, business, etc.. ) and just squander it with poor decision making"
"Listen to your woman. They don't always need advice, sometimes you just shut up and listen. Also, learn to read body language and non-verbal ques or you'll end up very frustrated"
"Politics, analyze everything you hear. In this day and age there is no excuse for not knowing the truth"Transformation Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170068283&page=1

Happy Birthday!
That's 3.29 of me. My mind can't process this.
Working on that. I should probably move. Most people here are married, having kids and getting fat by 19.
Brb, starting a business.
Pretty good advice for an old guy.So, it turns out you can't kill a tumor with vodka...

For lol discussion.
Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential.
