Fukkkk. I destroyed my workout today. Felt sooo good. Did like 6 sets of squats but worked up to 2 sets of 315x6 and then last set of 335x6 again. Right after that i did walking BB lunges with 110lbs for 3 sets. Might get ballsy and try 135lb next round. Then more legs. Also for shoulders i worked up to DB press for 85lb x 6 and then 115lb on each side for the seated hammer one. Loved it.
EDIT: Also my new hockey sticks came in the mail today. Looks like ill be skating in the next couple days.

haha, why did aristo get sent to banned camp? I always tried to tell her playing with miscers is playing with fire.

So I know a lot of us have trouble with getting full in the dieting phase. A gym buddy who's been body building for about 35 years (he's 65+) shared some of his super low calorie grocery list with me and i'm gonna throw it out there lol.
1. Tofu noodles. Found over by the Tofurky and other stuff that pretend to be animal products. 40 cals for the entire bag of noodles. He suggested Shiritaki brand. You can do pretty much anything you do with regular noodles.
2. Almond milk. Unsweetened one is 30 cals per serving.
3. Dannon Light and fit Greek yogurt. 80 cals per container, 12 G protein in there.
4. Fat free shredded cheeses. No fat, 45 cals per serving and 9G protein.
5. Wheat bread. Get the cheap ass wheat bread instead of the more expensive thicker stuff and you can eat two pieces for the macro price of one of the big ones.
6. Diet soda. Really nothing in it.
7. Frozen fruit bars. 25 cals per bar for some of them.
8. Some sort of puffed wheat or puffed rice cereal. Kashi makes one he says. Also corn flakes are pretty great.
9. Sugar-free jell-o. 80 grams of cals in the entire box, only ten per serving.
10. Fat free mayo. 10 cals/serving
11. Pickles. Zero calories. Kinda high sodium so don't eat a jar a day
For all I know, this is totally common knowledge, but I was amazed haha. He said he saw a lot of this stuff on some video online. Anyway, apologies if it's all already known Like I said this isn't necessarily for meeting macros, as there's not much in most of these things. This is for getting fuller without eating a triple bacon cheeseburger or fifty hotwangs.Last edited by Spartanbaziotis; 02-28-2013 at 11:35 AM. Reason: spelling

I have found that non-dairy alternatives are also lower in calories such as Tofutti cream cheese and ice cream sandwiches. I have a friend who eats dairy but tried some of my non-dairy stuff and has decided to switch to help her lose weight.
