It is not usually hard for me. I have learned to learned to let the little things go 99% of the time. Why?
1.) Is this going to matter if this person dies tomorrow? No.
2.) What does stressing out over this accomplish? Nothing.
3.) No matter how hard you have it there is always someone who has it worse.

Exactly. I think newlyweds are bad about stressing over every little thing. I think I let too much bother me in the beginning. Once I stopped that everything changed. This is probably the only advice I would give other married couples because I don't know shyt else about marriage. I do know if you let most things go the rest will become easier.
The only exception is my kitchen. Do NOT mess with my kitchen. Put stuff in the right place or don't put it up. And don't take my kitchen tools out and not return them. I will chop your gonads off.

This!!
I used to be a negative person. Only looking at the negative and not the positive, but then I realized that the things I stress over and worry about are not worth it, or they are just stupid reasons. I have been trying to change this side of me and it has been working and I am now more positive and it just makes you feel so much better, and so much happier.Love the Lord your God with all your heart & with all your soul & with all your mind & with all your strength. -Mark 12:30

Good morning all. Anyone watch UFC fight last night? Ronda Rowsy won, but I was hoping it would be a little closer.

I've read a lot of stoic philosophy, and I believe that while we cannot always control the events in our lives, we can certainly control how we perceive the events in our lives, and I think how we perceive those events greatly affects their outcomes.
Meditations of Marcus Aurelius - fabulous reading! And Epictetus, who wrote, "People are not disturbed by things, but by the view they take of them."No drama: You know where we are.

Yesterday at the gym I saw couple of guys with huge legs and small upper body, they spend the whole day camping at the squat rack having a protein shakes party there, today I enter the gym and found them camping at the squat rack again, Immediately I remembered this photo and started laughing like a lunatic girl!.
PS, I had a great squat season today

Now I'm thinking about cookies :/
For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer.
