I have 2 containers of PB2, one is normal and one is "chocolate". They're fine for dipping things like green apples or bananas, but I don't recommend cooking with them. Oh, and good in oats too. I tried to make peanut stir fried chicken with this stuff... turns out you need the oil for it to actually taste good. Fail!
'Merica! Fuk Yeah!!
In for PB Addicts thread, as I too am a complete addict. I could probably eat a whole jar in one sitting. Don't judge.___________________________________________________________

My first bulk is over, right? Right. My goal for said bulk was to be reppin' 135 bench. Then I kinda upped it to 5x5 which I don't think I actually got but today I got 145x4 for 2 sets (after a bunch of other lower sets) so I am STOKED!!

Dang pharty, that is awesome and I am so very jealous!
Additional random comments:
I'm getting buried in snow over here.
If my quads ever decide to look as strong as they feel, I will wind up with amazing legs. Not sure if that's actually true or not, but it makes me feel good to think it.

I luvs when hard work pays off... best feeling ever
Something over a foot I think, but not super deep like some others. Coming down heavy though, they are the biggest darn snowflakes. I'll have to go out back and shovel a path for the dog. Otherwise, she runs outside all YAY it's SNOWING, then stops to think about it and turns to give me the look that says "I can't poop in this!!!!!"
It's weird. My shoulders are starting to look strong, but don't have nearly the strength I'd like them to have. The opposite is my quads, which have vastly exceeded all of my strength expectations for them, but all I've got is a little lump and a line on the side of my leg. Hmmmmm.

My interview for the physician assistant studies program is tomorrow. I'm nervous, but I feel prepared. There will be 250 students being interviewed and then they will cut that number to about 80 for the program.

It brings me joy when the checkout operators ask me whether I'm ok to lift the heavy bags....

Good luck! You're prepared, so you'll do well
Isn't that funny? I had the tiniest little checkout girl at the store the other day, who was convinced I could carry the grapefruits in a paper bag OR the potatoes, but would not be able to pick up the combination of the two. I was tempted to pick her up to prove my point that my produce could all be bagged together.

So, anybody used a vibrating plate machine? I had no idea my gym had one (or what one was), but I guess it's in a back room I've never been in. Having mastered the basic push-up, my trainer has been having some fun running a bunch of push-up variations past me. So apparently I'm going to do some on the plate machine next for snorts 'n giggles. Not sure what to expect other than it will be... odd?

I did conventional deadlifts for the first in a while and I have some righteous bruises to prove it.

Never tried the vibrating machine!
Penny... Do you normally do sumo? I wear shin pads but still seem to get bruises on my knees.
