in all seriousness even with butter and crumbs a cup of sprouts I don't think it would get to 200 calories 1tbsp of butter which is a lot it's only a little more than 100 calories

Bacon. Bacon is the only thing that makes Brussels sprouts edible IMO. If you shave them up and then fry them in the rendered bacon they become even more edible.

I'm aiming for around 1600-1700 at the moment and I get there pretty easily by the time I add in a couple lattes etc. I don't even want to know what you cut on!!

Last year was the first time I purposely cut to make a lighter weight class went from 180 ish to almost 165lbs in about 2-3 months, diet doesn't change much I just eat less of it
but bacon eggs are a staple regardless

yeah I think they taste like that too. I found a recipe to cook them in orange juice and they are pretty good that way

it's easy. steam the brussel sprouts til tender (not mushy) drain, add 1/2 C OJ and the zest of an orange (dont get any of the white bits) stir and simmer

Sounds good right now with this sickness going around. BTW i gotta be up at 0400 for a PT test tomorrow. Well i just got back from the gym to do a light overall upper body workout. Did some chest, shoulders, bi's, and back. I didnt do legs sense i gotta run 2 miles tomorrow not that im worried about failing it just dont want to take a chance with that.
