before I hurt my shoulders 2 yrs ago I was up to 175x5 now I am lucky if I can do 135x1 it is one of my favorite lifts
and I haven't been able to OHP in months

You know what's worse? When you wake up at 5am instead of your normal 6am so that you can cook your food for the day... you put your heart and soul into it only to realize once you get to work that you left it on the kitchen counter.

I've done it more than a handful of times. The last time it happened I decided to go back during a break and get it. It was cheaper to buy lunch w/gas and toll but it was more about the principle.

Good Lawd. I cannot tell you HOW MANY TIMES I have done that.

I feel like I was traumatized. Lol. Its taken me a good couple hours and increased severe hunger to start making a new meal. It was just so sad. Seeing my food on the floor. Making my lunch now. *Crosses fingers that it does fall on floor* Haha.

I think you're missing a golden (hehe) oppportunity to have the dog clean the rest of your floors, too. Just sprinkle ground beef all over the house. Floors = clean. That's what I do.

i dont weigh my food / count exact calories

i know approximately what i take in...if i'm gaining too slow or i see my strength is not up to par i take in some extra cals, same goes vice versa

not that i recommend this for everybody but it works for me

I never used to have to count calories. I'd just eat healthy and the weight would come off. These days I have to do it if I want to lose otherwise extra calories seem to creep up on me!! I think maintenance/bulking will be easier.

Apparently I was soliciting butt rapes last night... that sounds oxymoronic.. if one is soliciting it, how can it be rape? Thanks for the advice bro, I really am a sweet, fun, loving girl, but have been extremely edgy, so yes I do have a little bit of attitude going on. I had to give up my number one crutch, and sure and the heck wasn't food. All that matters is that I will not be dying of lung cancer in the future, I am sure these people will get over it, and I did respectfuly apologize.

Good job on quitting smoking. The whole process of changing your life can be emotionally draining and challenging. You sometimes need to hit a low to motivate yourself to change. You can definitely do it. What helped me was approaching fitness like I would approach any other major project in my life. I needed to determine some goals and put in place a plan to achieve them. It's doable!
