Have had a workout partner to push me through my workouts lately. Hopefully i can get him to convert gyms. Feels good to know i can push myself more with having a spot. Hit 275x10 for Squats on last set. Feels good but don't want to get my legs to big because i still want to be able to max my army pt test run at 2 miles under 13:00.

All I know is that I tried to explain to someone last night that you can miscalculate calories if you don't weigh yer food.
Next I was told by that person as she said something like "WOW I have educate people here and they have more rep power than me".

That's another of my favs lately. That's the vegetarian thread. Still up.

No problem with vegetarians. Tried to be one once. It lasted for, like, a week, and then I was tempted to chew my own arm off for a little protein.

I just don't get vegetarians who get pissed when non-vegetarians tell them it will be more difficult to get protein requirements.

To her credit, she has done a lot of research around the links members posted. She's trying.
