Had a cheat day of peace today.... It was delicious and dangerous, but have no regrets, haven't had one in a long time. I realized again why i like eating clean; solidified my motivation to eat clean.

It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy

Just found out my brother and sister-in-law are having another boy! WOOHOO!! Another little guy to have Aunt Taiga wrapped around his little finger lol.
They are naming him after my brother's best friend and fellow scout sniper who was killed on their last deployment to Afghanistan. Little man will have some big boots to fill.

It should be mandatory that all the egg-laying chickens have names, and when you buy a carton of eggs it should be printed on the carton the name of the actual chicken that layed your eggs.

Provided you don't have gluten issues, a four-ounce portion of seitan has between 20 and 30 grams of protein. I haven't actually tried it so can't tell you if it tastes good though. But it is one of the most protein dense vegetarian foods I have heard of ...

Doesn't even lift.
Soooo first couple of weeks back into the gym caused me to be rushed into urgent care at the crack of dawn today. Why? Cause I pulled a muscle from my upper right back to the upper right side of my head, creating migraine-like headaches for the past six days. Didn't take anything the first couple of days, then took ibuprofen (didn't help), then Tylenol (didn't last long enough), and then switched to Excedrin, lol. Oh my. As a non-coffee/soda drinker, the little caffeine was making me jittery and chit. Excedrin wore off, sharp pains returned, and I was hesitant to pop another one (liver problems from acetaminophen brb).
However, the doctor said I could use them everyday along with a muscle relaxer until it heals.
Whattafail/10.
