Question What's the point of a carb up?

Iv heard people doing a carb up pre cutting (a week before bulking phase is over) or before full body training days...what exactly is it? What does it do/what's it used for? How long should you do it? What do you eat (healthy carbs or whatever you want like candy)

Carb loading is a strategy used by endurance athletes to store as much glycogen as possible in the muscle for long bouts of work.

Carb up days are a similar concept but generally are used when someone is cutting and eating less carbs to begin with, "carbing up" can refill depleted glycogen stores and if done right can result in the ability to push one's self harder in training the following day.

this. pretty much "filling out" the physique. low carb can lead to a flat/depleted look (hard to get good pumps, weak, etc). so at times a carbload/refeed will boost the body back up.
