A bit of feel good on a Friday.

With all the various frustrations related to who won/who lost in the recent elections, here is a reminder of the Power of Freedom. People from all over the world have chosen not only to live in the US, but to call her home, to be willing to serve her and defend her.

I am personally a bit embarrassed that I had never read, nor heard the Oath taken. Having now witnessed and listened to the Oath, I believe it should be part of our K-12 education (it may have been to you, but I know I had never heard it).

There is a nice piece afterwords that highlights some personal stories of people who came to America, started businesses, serve in the military, and overall help America to be a better place. I personally appreciate that our military accepts recruits if they are willing to become US citizens.

Tried to take a picture of my traps but it is really hard to do by yourself. Looks better from the back so I will try again this weekend as I am taking new progress pics.


This one is a sh*tty one I took after my run earlier. Sorry took on my droid so it is a little bitty pic. Can't see much definition in the arms but hope to enlist my son to take pictues for me so I can flex




also DD I know you don't like traps on women (I think I recall you posting that) so take it easy on me

I agree, clearly not a redneck I don't see one piece of duct tape covering a hole in her boots... they're not even cowboy boots. 1/16th country at best.

Dana did you ever ride around in lifted 4x4s looking for a good field to tear up and get stuck in the mud at 2am, and get chased thru the field by cops at a wild bonfire party..... for those of you who don't know them country songs is real! haha good memories there. Just baling hay and diggin postholes lol.

If you don't have traps you probably aren't strong. If you don't have traps you can be strong for a twink, but elite strength and traps go hand in hand. Although traps don't guarantee pulling strength they are a good indicator.
