Hey guys,
So my gym is closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving (Canada!!!), but I want to workout so I go back into my proper routine schedule.
I'm also pretty open tomorrow for time to lift, and do other things (as today is filled with seeing family). Since the gym isn't open, I do have weights at home, mainly DB's (which I prefer).
Here's what I run on chest:
Incline DB Press 5 sets --> (1 warm up, 3 heavy sets, 1 drop set)
DB press 5 sets --> (1 warm up, 3 heavy sets, 1 drop set)
Dips 3 x failure (Usually I can get about 12 reps until I up the weight)
Incline DB flyes 3 x 10
Pec Deck 3 x 10
Now, I end with a pec deck, but I don't have the machine to use at home. What is a good substitute for it instead?
Thanks!

Not using a pec deck machine, what's a good alternative?

Personally I think the pec-dec is a useless machine but that's just my opinion. Grab to light dumbells and get in the pressup position, proceed to do a pressup whilst pushing the dumbells out and then slowly raising your body and bringing then dumbells back in, balloons your pectoral region. This is if you don't have use of cable machines etc.
