    Testosterone

    I feel full of testosterone and rage because I haven’t lifted in a week is this normal?
    Also does lifting weights reduce the amount of testosterone which makes you angry?

    I don't get angry but i do get antsey if I dont get to work out for a cpl day's I really enjoy workin out I think that's why I feel that way.... And that might be what ur problem is too...
