Ha well more like throughout the day I'm always doing something so it takes my mind off it and at night I eat a big meal that fills me up til I go to sleep. I'm at 2500 cals which I figure is right at -500 a day so ill prolly just suck it up
Many a time I've binged/exceeded my planned intake justifying it with making soreness go away and never has it worked

What do? Cliffs:
- went to my dorm to study
- roommate hiding under sheets with girl
- left room after a few minutes so they could do whatever and went and chilled with a friend
- came back an hour later and find them both naked (he was walking into the bathroom while she was in the bed under sheets)
- I then walked in anyway and sat at my desk for like 5 minutes as she just laid there 5ft from me and roommate hid in the bathroom (awkward as hell)
- finally left and haven't seen or talked to roommate since seeing their nakedness
We aren't close. I'm not about to let them do w/e in my room because I live there too. If they want time alone they can have it when I'm in class at 8AM or when I work during weekends.
Should I say something or pretend it didn't happen? Want srs advice.IIFYM - not even once.

Lol probably.. You should've just been courteous and left again. Shoot him a text and say "my bad. Let me know when it's cool to come back"
He should've let you know it was going down before it ever started but in the heat of the moment, he's thinking about other things besides his roommate.
Apologise and ask if there needs to be some sort of system that way it doesn't happen to you.. You do bring chicks back too, right?

I won't apologize. I really think it's disrespectful when two people share a room and it's 4pm in the afternoon to bring a girl over and do that for more than an hour. I left the first time for an hour thinking it would be enough time. I have things I need to do, and no, I won't wait to get them done between his hump sessions.
And no, I do not bring my girlfriend over to my shared room at 4pm to get dirty.IIFYM - not even once.

I walked in, was on the phone btw, sat down grabbed a few books and then left. It felt like 5 minutes but was probably only 2-3 tops. Considering I have online assignments due today and my books and study material and computer are in my room. Yes it was a very big inconvenience.

I never saw her naked. Only assumed so since he was. She was under covers mostly and I never looked at her once. Only saw her in the corner of my eye.
I was distracted on the phone and didn't honestly process it until I was in the room at the point of no return. LolIIFYM - not even once.

When you have a roommate (especially one you didn't pick), any conflicts that happen are usually the result of a choice you make.
Relax, take a breath, and go talk to him after the fact. And do so rationally.
If it's bad enough, look to move out, or if you can't, remember it's only temporary, and there's no point in making the rest of your stay a hassle by being aggressive.
As far as what to do when a roommate has a girl over, that should be something gone over on day 1. Most people take advantage of their phones, and if it's an emergency then you can call him and tell him you need to come in so he can prepare the girl lol.heh

There is nothing wrong with a midday hump session. After the first time you walked in, they should've been reasonable and finished up in a decent amount of time, but when you walked in the second time you should have walked back out and talked to him later telling him that you'll give him time, but if you walk in then they should try to finish up in the next little bit.
