Yeah the confidence factor was the biggest benefit for her.

I personally wasn't fussed either way. Boobs are boobs. Big or little, if I can play with them, I like them. I don't discriminate.

Not my wife, she's an ex. Someone else's problem now. She was 5'1", & about the same weight as your wife. Personally I thought they were a little too big, but that's just my opinion. She loved them.

At first they looked a bit weird, sat up a bit too high but eventually sort of settled in to place. Depends how they dress too. In tight t-shirts it was obvious they were implants, but in looser clothes/dresses they looked fine.

I have an appointment with a top surgeon this Friday , now that im starting to be aesthetic i dont want to keep dragging my freaking puffy nipples that i got when i was 13-14,,,

so, about a week or so ago ran out of my tub of animal pak (won through there promo). bought a pretty generic 1 pill a day multi that was alot cheaper, and not tryin to be one of those homos that think supps are magic, butttttttt


this is the third time i've ran out of animal pak and not picked it up again due to $ and for the third time in a row, DOMS have skyrocketed. upper body (back, chest, shoulders) not too much worse, but legs its like death. Squatted monday, tonight i'm still sufferin' hardcore. workout didnt change, if anything I did a little less since i've started running a slight deficit. used to be able to squat monday & thursday, but unless somethin changes major it aint happenin' tomorro

Why not go for some NOW Foods Adam or Orange Triad? They're okay brands, I think.. at least better than the generics, but hurts less in the pocket.

Why not find what is alleviating the soreness and just supplement with that? Or maybe you are just drinking less because your body isn't trying to expel a whole lab of vitamins

Probably low in electrolytes? I noticed less DOMS after drinking chocolate milk post workout when I use to bro down.

I'm planning on doing that if it continues, but its kinda hard to figure out with the animal pak 'complexes'

Also, I don't necessarily follow my water intake per se but I generally follow the same routine, ie do the same stuff eat the same stuff drink the same stuff etc, and if anything i'm drinking more water now
