If the path you have chosen is to be negative constantly without seeking help then that is your decision. You are young and have plenty of time to turn your situation around yet have to pursue professional help at all costs. Self-loathing, self hate, etc. is not just gonna magically disappear for you. I have told you privately but I will say it here too................ get some help. Make the commitment and seek help. As always I wish you the best but to keep doing the same thing and expect different results is not gonna help.

yall ever have a day where it just felt like shyt was off. lifting today, was excessively sore and had little energy. felt like i fukked something up diet wise and didnt eat enough or somethin. was terrible/10

hoping this might be it. got a solid 7 last night tho, however i'm tellin ya i went to bed 30 mins late or so and the difference between 1130 and 12 bedtime for me is unreal. no clue why, wish i was manu and could run on 4 hours of it...that'd make study life so much easier. until then, i'm just dealing with intense DOMs in quads, hammies & upper back from RDLs (WTF is that about?)
