I have known about this information for quite some time and have always known about how to diet properly. Been a member on this forum for a while and been a poster since I started lifting.

Many of you have probably seen my original username including mark because I joined the forums a month earlier than him

Honestly I was bored because my current account was banned because I am separating my online life from my personal life. It was released yesterday after I told them why I was creating another account etc
The only reason I got into a was insulted for insulting someone is some manlet 30 year old guy said he was was ahead of me because he has a flatter stomach

So I went on there burning time, I see people preaching things that used to be said on this forum 5+ years ago.
I see IIFYMers ignoring micronutrient intake and going overboard with just macros.

I forgot what it was like with the nutrition and the mass population to be honest. It has been a long time since I have talked to people outside of these forums(other than people one on one) about nutrition on losing weight, research, etc.
I have now realized people's reasoning to not follow research is based off of the whole conspiracy theory of "big pharma" and them not curing aids, and other retarded ****

I am sure I will give up on helping people and do what I have to do if they wont take help but it is part of my job. Thats why I am doing to be doing oncology nursing. I dont think I have time for patients who dont care about their health and wont listen to anyone.

You would be surprised how many people have thyroid issues.

I believe for hypothyroidism it is about 2-3%.
People are still having an extremely high energy intake whether or not they have true hypothyroidism.
We talked about it in school how it is thrown around so much, but many people are not doing anything to correct their problem.
They still stuff their face with even higher amounts of food more than what their body requirements are.

People still do it even if they do not have hypothyroidism and what not.
Just some of the things I seen in the ER and medsurge floor... the thyroid panel come back normal...

Maybe I am just having a pissy day cause of all the **** I saw at the hospital before I left
