Benching and Squatting on the smith machine last night/tonight? Wtf hubs?
I do all that crap raw so I think he should too. He says he can't bench because it hurts something under his armpit... that supposedly has been hurting for months to a year... told him multiple times to go to the doctor for it, and he has yet to do it. I'm starting to smell some bull****.


But on all the machines we are almost even, srs. Lol like he was doing lat pull downs at 110 for his highest set and I was like boom boom boom 10 reps no big deal. He's all out of breath after 6-8 haha.


I'm bulking right now... I'll share some pics closer to when my tummy doesn't have a bulk pouch hahaha.

I usually work lats from 70-100lbs. But when I saw the husband maxing reps at 110 obviously I wanted in there. Feelsgoodman.
He gets mad when I do that though, I'm sure he'll fly by me soon enough but for now I'm enjoying it.

Idk if 110 is weak, but for me it feels good lol.
