    Eca 30+ ???

    im thinking about ordering a 2 month supply of ECA 30+ stack to try help me shed some weight and fat , ive done research on the product but they all just mainly go on about the effect on energy levels , i was just wondering if anyone had tried it and if it had any good effects on fat/weight loss ? and i also wanted some advice on the dosage , it says to take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 before lunch , but when iv researched ECA stacks alot of people say they take an extra dose on an afternoon aswell ,,, any help atall on this stack would be great as iv tried alot of fat burners and nothing has ever really had an effect on me before other than giving me indigestion , thanks in advance

    The reason you've never had great results with those pills is cause they don't burn the fat for you.....

    Diet needs to be in check.

    MOST weight loss on the ECA stack is because it blunts your hunger.

    It DOES increase calories burnt, but i think the hunger effects are more valuable.


    You need to build up your dosage slowly, or else youll get major side effects.

    You also need to spread doses out at least 4 hours.

    The later in the day you take your final dose, the harder it will be to sleep.

    And sleep WILL LIKELY be an issue

    If you take a premade stack, just make sure you're getting 25mg of E and 200mg of C, three times a day. Sometimes they put miniscule amounts of the herb (not the HCL form) just to get it on the label and fill the rest with caffeine so you "feel" something. You're generally better off buying pure ephedrine HCL via Bronkaid or whatever if your'e in the US and taking it with pure caffeine pills.

    thanks for the info , the reason im not buying them seperate is because of cost more than anything , if i take 1 capsule twice a day of the ECA 30+ its gonna cost £40 for a 2 months supply (im in england) according to the website in the ingredients are 30mg ephedra 210mg caffeine 30mg aspirin 80mg naringin , i dont know if this is optimum for good results or not

    i do understand this but as in previous threads iv posted my diet has been in check , iv counted calories and macros and iv tried alot of different defecits and found the only way i was losing weight is when i was pretty much starving myself on a marines diet

    Apart from taking ECA 30+ you must concentrate on ur diet needs to take some calories before doing gym n must avoid taking carbs from afternoon 3 o clock ur breakfast is the most absorbed meal for us in our whole day meals so have a nutritious breakfast.

    i always have half a cup of oats mixed with water for breakfast sometimes with a banana aswell then i train about an hour after this i have been putting too many carbs in my meals atm i think , iv been having a protein source and a complex carb source in each meal , i find on stressful training days such as legs and back days the extra carbs in my later meal really help with the recovery , i dont know if this is just in my head or not but as off tommorow im following a new diet which is 250g protein throughout the day , 130g of fats throughout and it should be 250g of carbs before 1 but ill just fit in as many as i can up to that number (i only have 3 meals per day usually) than for my final meal ill stick to lean cuts of meat or fish with green veg , beans , lentils etc.

    Ephedra is the herbal form, HCL is what you want.

    Im a much smaller guy than you and I did two 15 mg tablets a day of primatine and two 200 mg tablets of caffeine so your dosage amount seems good for your size.

    I personally find this is a better way to do it. The third dosage later int he day is the one that kills my sleep, and just isn't worth it. One dose at morning and one at midday was always a good compromise for me.

    diet/exercise will shed the weight, not eca.

    the biggest effect I found from increased caffeine intake was it literally
    shut down my hunger.
