Hi there, just wondering if you guys could review this for me. I'm trying to cut while retaining some energy and strength so i can do my thing still. but i don't mind losing a bit if it helps get the fat off faster. I'm only wanting to cut down to about 9-10% bodyfat.
This is my first ever cut. Ive never been lean in my life. uhh I weigh 91kg and am 6'2 tall.

i think he was highlighting how bad it is..
why are your calories 1700?
why is your protein only 63g?
why are your "breakfast" and "dinner" the same boring meals? infact, they can't even be considered meals..
your diet looks really boring, you're severly malnutrished.
edit: didn't see your weight, sorry.
you weight 200lb and you want to cut?
you should be aiming in the 2500 calorie range, and 200g of protein. i can't tell for sure until you calculate your TDEE.If you're having curl problems I feel bad for you son, I've got 99 problems but a bench ain't one

you usually go for -500 for weight loss. so around 2400. have you worked out your macros?
you weigh 200lb, so you'll probably want around 200g of protein, & 100g of fat. reach these targets then fill the rest of your calories on whatever you want.
i'm not aware of MFP, i assumed it was a spreadsheet he'd wrote outIf you're having curl problems I feel bad for you son, I've got 99 problems but a bench ain't one
