I received an email the other day about a 'new product' thats out, supposably good for putting on mass.

Each daily intake (3 servings) comprising of:

• 57grams of high-quality protein
• 1,111 muscle inducing calories
• 149grams of energy packed carbohydrates

Monster Matrix Servings:

Serving Size: 1 Rounded Scoop
Serving Quantity: 114 servings per 8kg Tub

Monster Matrix Directions:

One serving to be taken 3 times daily on both training and non training days

Monster Matrix Ingredients:

Confirmation of key ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate, Casein, Whole Milk Protein, Maltodextrin, Dextrose Monohydrate, Pure Micronised Oat Flour, Waxy Maize, Startch, MCTs and EFAs, Natural and Natural Identical Flavouring, Natural Colourings, Stabilisers (Citric acid, Malic acid), Modified Maize Starch Xanthan Gum, Sweeteners: Sucralose



Has anyone tried this yet? Would it put on a lot of fat on the average guy? Its £38.99 for 8kg (RRP £89.99) Just sounds too good to be true with 114 servings for under £40.

If the shake puts your calories well over your calorie surplus limit then you will put on some fat

So thats like 50g carbs, 19g protein per shake (3 per day)
What if i took an extra 1 or 2 whey protein shakes, or mixed a whey protein shake in.
i.e ON Gold Standard Whey + 1 scoop of this?

That would be 50g carbs and around 43g protein per shake?
