    He is the epitome of a mid-ranked bodybuilder. He'll place in the top 10 at the Arnold this year, but from the way the show is looking, so could my grandma. I wonder if he still has improvements to make.

    of course he does and he knows it. however, many of those improvements just won't happen due to genetic limitations
