I'm closing in on that 20 lb mark and it blows me away I was carrying that block of goo around with me. Well, that block and about 3 others I'll be losing soon.

That 20lb blob is NASTY! I've lost one of them and it feels great knowing that nasty thing is gone, but so many more to go...

That big block of goo is horrible and great for motivation knowing you are losing this stuff... Imagine how it would look if you could see someones gut who is 100lbs overweight

I told someone once I lost 40 pounds, and they said, "wow, imagine if we took 40 pounds of butter and strapped it onto you right now and you had to walk around with it for years." That's been my motivation for a long time now.

I almost lost ten of those giant blobs of goo...I was a SEA of amorphous goo, like some kind of monster from the lagoon. Pretty gross. Although I wonder if those blobs take into account things like water weight vs dry fat.

I lost 5 of those 20lb blobs, gross... well maybe not 5, cause I lost some muscle, but still 4 and and a bit, gross...
Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.
