Question Need help with me chest

I've been told that doing the same exercises in time will cause you to plateau. I have been doing regular bench press, dumbbell bench press, butterflies, inclines and declines for about a month now. It seems like I am about to plateau but idk if its just me thinking that in my head or what... And I have only been working out for a month. Any suggestions on what I should switch up on?

And as far as my bench press goes I've gained 25 pounds. Currently 225 as my max. lol I know I'm weak

    Question I know..

But if I'm doing the same exercises even adding more weights, don't you think my body would get used to doing the same stuff?
