day 33 no PMO

this is officially unknown territory for me. i have never gone this long before without fapping or sex

some benefits i've notice so far (either from no fap or something else i'm doing)

-girls look way better, and apparently i look better to them too, since i notice them looking at me a lot more
-i feel better in general, more calm, less self conscious
-easier to interact with people
-don't give 2 ****s what anyone thinks about me
-better physique
-smoother, clearer skin

had a 2.5 hour workout session yesterday, combined wrestling, striking, cardio, weights, calisthetics, i was sweating like mad but got through the whole thing and felt pretty good at the end. pretty sore and tired right now, probably because my sleeping patterns are still messed up and i maybe didn't eat enough (cutting to 6% bf if i can, so i try to eat clean and low calories)

only thing that sucks is i'm surrounded by beautiful women wherever i go. on one hand i want to hit on all of them and try to sleep with them and on the other i want to take this as far as i can and see if i can do a complete reboot and see how i feel after 4 or 5 months of no PMO. Where i go to school is right next to a high school, so i got ******** all over the place, some of them will make comments to me as i walk by like "hey where you going" or say hi and smile and i wanna say stuff back cuz they sexy as **** but we're not supposed to talk to the kids at our school, even if they are obviously interested. i also live in a university town and we got a college too with tons of smokin hot french girls, like its rare that you'll see anything under a 7 on the street, srs, like they got some kind of attractiveness criteria to be allowed to go to school here.

i get a little irate when i see an obviously inferior male with a really hot gf tho. like i think "why can't that be me?". i know it CAN be me but it just hasn't happened yet. or it happened and it got ****ed up somewhere along the line. whenever i go out i can usually get some action (kissing, grinding w/e) but i don't wanna bang sluts all the time and just be stuck at the same place. i want a real quality girl.

The thing Is I don't really feel guilty at all. I know a few days ago I said I can't imagine ever fapping in the near future but these last 2 days my sex drive spiked and I couldn't think about anything else the entire day. My efficiency and productivity plummeted and it was pissing me off so I just decided to fap. I literally had an erection for the duration of one of my classes yesterday (1 hr 20 min) and didn't hear a thing the professor said, all I could think about was sex.

So yeah I'm starting again but I don't feel at all like I thought I would. In fact I don't feel like shyt at all. The first 2 weeks I experienced huge boosts in energy but in the 3rd week I plateaued and all I had left was a craving to fap.

Gonna start my next cycle now though, I can easily go another month but it would be nice to try and surpass that and hopefully the cravings don't take over again.

Starting no fap tomorrow for the first time. Week 9 / Day 63.

I went to the gym on my own last week and for the first time ever i had the guts to use the weights by my self. I usually stick to the cardio machines namely the exercise bikes and the ergos. I had a go on the leg press and the lat pull downs. It felt so great knowing that i have all that power of no fap behind me.

Yesterday, a friend i hadn't seen for a while shook my hand and another person waved at me and i didn't even have to initiate it like i usually do. It feels great when people acknowledge you. I've also noticed two girls in my class. One of them is Persian and at the end of class as i was leaving she had a massive smile on her face and we talked her little. After seeing this her friend immediately comes over wanting some attention but i ignored the bish without even knowing it, and carry on talking to the Persian chick.

i was going through my computer looking for this an album that i had (it was supposed to be under "music" but it wasnt) when i stumbled upon a hidden folder i had set up, which i had completely forgot about. i didnt have it labeled as "porn" or anything like that so when i opened the folder i saw all of these videos that i downloaded in the past...would you believe i had over 10 gigabytes of porn on my computer that i completely forgot about. without hesitation i deleted the entire folder and continued looking for that album.

I'm on day 7, last time I got to 45 days and failed. During the 45 days I experienced a lot of confidence approaching girls and was more productive. One thing I noticed that seems different from other people is that I have a super hard time focusing on school work, but once I start I blaze through it with intense focus. Weird.

Are you getting enough fat, vitamin, and minerals in your diet?

Vitamin D, Zma, and at least like 40-60 grams of fat and unsaturated fat per day is a must imo.

I'm on a primal diet so loads of fat..

I supplement with high potency fish oils, bcomplex, ZMA, vitamin D 5000 ui, calcium and magnesium, and some nootropics..

I think it might be my add medication (Strattera) :/

Well I accidentally found a way to bypass k-9. When I found this site I search for porn and ... Yup k-9 couldn't do Shieet.
I closed it right away. But I be been having massive urges. This'll be a real test. Might as well disable k-9 and stick to real will power.

I just realized my hairs been thinning at a very fast rate. My barber mentioned it yesterday . Sux to be loosing hair at 22. It's prolly my diet. Oh fuk rogaineee
