Following on from quitting my favourite MMO, I have just boxed up my; PS2, PS3, related wiring and the Television I exclusively use for them.

Not only will it remove the temptation of playing on them, it's cleared up some room on my desk for important ****. Unless I partake in PC gaming, it's just keyboard practise, reading and studying for a while now.

Day 53 here bro. Have only recently started feeling minor differences. Don't worry about it and keep going. Everyone is different; wait until the complete reboot and see if you feel differences.

It's not a magic pill though as you might think. You will feel less anxiety, slightly more confidence, etc eventually but don't expect it to make you some God.

I only speak from my experience though, others may have different views.

It takes time. The longest I went was 21 days, and I had started to hold my head higher. Sometimes, its little things you won't notice right away. Until then, at least you're not sitting at a computer edging your day away. Use that time to get constructive things done, or be social and hang out with friends. That, in my mind, is the true benefit of Noporn and Nofap.

sometimes you don't realise how much of an effect it's had on you until it's gone. Keep going brah, try pushing yourself more do the things you want to do and accomplish.

I am currently writing a diary entry, my first one in 238 days (When I was coming back from Germany). Been on nofap for 219. I don't know where to start, I honestly think more has happened to me in the past 238 days than whatever adult life I can recollect. It's weird because when I was writing my last entry I was in a relationship on it's last legs, would have been depressed about it if not for my trip and I wasn't even aware of the nofap community. Managed to last for today but now Im back home things might start to get a little harder. Its been a bit of a breeze so far but Im not gonna get over confident at all. Ive felt a lot more better lifting weights too and Im concentrating a lot more on achieving my fitness goals now that fapping and porn is out of the way. Ive been thinking about using the internet and computer a lot less but that actually seems a lot harder than no fap, I dont think I could take that challenge on at this stage.

Day 49 here. Feeling pretty good man. Honestly feels like I really got over a hump. Day 47 was one of the hardest days i've had in a while. Almost watched pr0n but i decided to look at the no fap thread, and one of my buddies told me how awful he felt after relapsing. Told myself that i didn't want to know that feel.

I feel like no fap has benefited me as i am more of a quiet person. But i have really started to speak up, and say what was on my mind. I noticed that i am starting to get mad more often, which is good for me because i usually never get mad, if someone did something that i didn't like i would have let it go usually, but now i kinda stick up for myself more and let them know that they can't do that nomsayin. Feel more confident.

Just a few distant memories here and there. I certainly can't envision myself doing either any more, that's for sure.

Seeing myself do it on webcam once with my at-the-time girlfriend (She lives in Hungary so we engaged in that type of thing), was a catalyst to me reducing the frequency before I took steps to rid myself of it completely. I saw how it looks back then, it wasn't exactly a sight to behold and now I'm fully convinced it's something I cannot fathom myself or anyone else doing. There's nothing alpha or aesthetic about it at all.

Speaking of which, any negative feelings or temptation you get for the next 5 or so days will be a direct result of the aforementioned emission. I felt absolutely horrid after my first, for a week. All that sexual tension I had built up and become used to was gone in a few seconds, and I missed it so. Then there was the fact that it felt amazing, and my pleasure centres craved for more. I didn't like having those cravings, it was the first time I had felt any semblance of losing control over this.

Not sure, there's never any set figures in this. It all depends on your sperm production, testosterone levels, and general libido.

After my first emission it took about 2 weeks before I felt pretty tight down there again, but I didn't get a second emission for another 50 days.

I met some amazing people during my stay. I stayed/left my gear at a campsite in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for 6 days while I climbed up Alpspitze and Zugspitze, the owner only charged me for two of them. I was offered shelter by a resident in Hohenschwangau, after he noticed me hauling 22kg worth of gear 5 miles from the nearest campsite. I had been trekking for two days straight at that point; From Garmisch to Am Plansee on the Austrian-German border, then northwards to Fussen. That bed was much welcomed, and the food I was given, damn it was tasty!

I also spent 3 days in Munich...beautiful city. Hard a hard time ignoring all the couples though, my guidebook wasn't kidding when it said Munich is one of the most romantic cities in Europe.

Bavarian people are the best. The bread's pretty good too
