On day 58. I've been having constant mood swings the past couple days and I had an INSANE urge last night but I kept my hands at my sides.
Gonna start going out a bit more as well. Put myself out there & try to improve on my social skills a bit (which aren't bad to begin with, but I definitely need to meet new people). I'm just glad I'm finally starting to have a bit of my confidence back, talking to people (specifically women) with very little problems etc. etc. I'm still trying to get K9 installed for peace of mind but their support staff hasn't emailed me back in 11 days -.- Gonna try to install it once more after I post this.

I assume you say multi's are crap due to the supposedly low bioavailability of nutrients in them? In which case why would zinc supplements have any higher bioavailability than zinc in a multi?
Secondly, the zinc in multi's contains enough zinc to reach your RDA, which we agree that going anything over that has no additional effect on testosterone. Therefore theoretically supplementing zinc through a multi or through specific zinc supplementation should be no different.

My Experience
been lurking this thread for while, would like to share my findings.
Been on/off no fap since about September of last year.. few 'relapses'. First thing i wanna say is failure is part of the process and it will take sometime of "decreasing fap" before your on "no fap" can also say that decreasing fap to once/twice a month - DOES make a noticible difference. (in b4 "urr not doingg full reset bro"). Eventually it will help get you better and better and go longer and longer - GRADUAL was the key for me.
Decided to do it because i was watching a nature show and you will notice EVERYTHING mammals do socially is governed by sexual behaviour/desire, we cant be so different brahs.. animals dont fap.
Things I noticed after few weeks;
1. VERY SEXUALIZED BEHAVIOUR Everything from the way a girl bites her bottom lip in conversation, to the flick of her hair, to breathing hard on the treadmill I pick up on immediately and it gets me going. Or when im working out myself, driving etc - everything feels sexual/stylish like its just flowing out of me. I also noticed girls picking up on this and i have some sort of "glow." When I have been with women it is the most incredible, passionate thing ever, - absolutely destroy them, and sexors is 100x better.
2. LIFE PRODUCTIVITY
When you dont release fap energy it has to go somewhere, you translate fap desire into other areas and will always have energy, never be content with life etc always do crazy/challenging stuff
3. LESS IN MY HEAD/better approaches
The reason I know its not a placebo is because i was out one night drunk after a while of no fap (where your rational mind shuts down) and I was naturally.... "instinctively".. aggressively, yet comfortably going after every desirable woman i saw without even "thinking" it through. Ive been drunk many times but never just felt like i was on "autopilot" approaching.
4. YOU NOTICE CHANGE When you DO fap
When you fap you feel it so much more and will literally feel dopamine, drive and sexual energy plumet down for approx. 4-5 days till you bounce back up again. This failure kills mentally - and this is what i always think of when i feel like fapping.

For some reason I'm in a eh mood right now

But today I noticed as soon as I blocked ******** my internet use has decreased by a significant amount
Tonight I'm gonna disconnect my laptop from my internet and reconnect only when needed for school. And that too as a last resort (as in if I don't get something I'll try the book first and then I'll resort to the internet if needed) And since ******** and YouTube are stuff are now blocked when I get on the internet for school I won't be distracted
This internet thing is by far the hardest thing I will probably ever try in my life lol
I spend beyond excessive time on it and have for years
Ill still peep and post on the forum through my phone or I'll get on the computer for a second to update stuff

So I just relapsed.... I'm pretty mad at myself especially after I had gone 3 full weeks since my last relapse.
on the other hand, since I've been on Nofap, my relapses haven't been to visual porn and instead to erotica or my imagination. At least there's improvement.. but I really need to get my **** together and stop relapsing. Can't believe it's this hard to quit.

Honestly this is my second attempt my first attempt I failed on day 7 and that is by far one of the best motivators for me in this
I think failing at least once really helps for success. (I don't mean like failing after an hour but a minimum of at least 5 days)
Learn from it and come back two times harder
I mean at the end of the day whatever you do don't touch your penor and you succeed lol

Day 33 and no where near as pissed as I was Friday. This no fap things a hell of a drug, mood swings galore.
Unfortunately NoFap's going to cause me some problems, I ****ed the FB saturday and will meet a girl nearby on Tuesday for a "movie" at hers before she moves. I was supposed to meet her today and have some staying power because of cumming yesterday, but I'll be just as close to blowing too quick as I was yesterday. The only way I was able to hold out yesterday was by going slow and imagining myself being curbstomped/having my penor go through a woodchipper when I got close. (srs) It's a good instant bonrar killer. Not the most fun to think about though lol
Anyone have tips for lasting longer when on nofap? I don't think I could go for round two most of the time.
Still, I'm guess I'm glad this is the problem I'm dealing with rather than ED/not being able to cum my first time. I am kind of afraid this will turn me into a one pump chump if I only get laid on the weekends and don't fap :/
Went job searching yesterday, applied to a lot of restaurants as a waiter, not a single fuk was given talking to managers, confidence pretty high.

Just checking in day 61. Feeling pretty darn good. Morning wood EVERY morning. Confidence is at an all time high. I'm getting stuff done that I've been putting off for a while.
I saw a nutritionist over the weekend (following up on my previous post). Turns out I've just got to increase my food (and protein) intake, and well, work-out harder to really build the muscle. Also have to watch myself when I'm delivering fliers for 2 plus hours (energy in, energy out). I've been referred onto this other nutritionist who actually works out and can give me some additional advice. Until then, I'm just going to continue going hard.

Had another dream tonight. This time I went to my old college, with the intention of smashing. Ran into a girl I like. She was so happy to see me that she ditched her friends. Finally started getting morning wood first time in 5 years in the last 4-5 weeks. Still not every morning.
Started getting erections during the day
Social anxiety is constantly improving
Managed to get an erection for sex finally without drugs (~90%), Was up and down but so much better - Had a complete flaccid dik during foreplay before no fap (was paid for though)
Sensitivity improved, Managed to cum with a condom on after 10 minutes
Slightly more confident, Still anxious around girls. Really need to fuk a girl who isnt a hooker to get some confidence & no more using Cialis or Viagra
Do you flex your PC muscle during sex? It will make you blow your load sometimes quickly.
Also, Be glad you dont have Full ED like me. More sex while on no fap it will eventually get better, if you go back to fap just do it once a week and dont watch porn. Very very few people have a zinc deficiency when you look at the research rather than somebody trying to sell you a supplement.
If you don't show any symptoms of having a zinc deficiency, then you probably don't have a zinc deficiency.
Research shows if you take a zinc supplement, serum zinc levels will increase as will zinc in your urine. You piss it all out.
The list doesn't show ALL the foods with zinc in, it shows the foods with the highest zinc content. I would guess less than 1% of people in this thread have a zinc deficiency and would benefit from zinc supplementation.
Read the stickies in the nutrition section, sounds like you'd learn a lot.
