    New Squat form check: hopefully its better now?

    Ok for some my first squat form check was horrible. But now I think its considered atg and ****.. so please let me know. Don;t mind my first rep... My feet werent set.

    Get flat sole shoes.. When you squat back up you keep making it seem like a toe raise.. its not a toe raise.


    EDIT: Your squats are just parallel ..not atg fyi.

    Alright. I'll attempt to go down even farther. I kept my glutes tights, wasn't using my knees. kept chest up... I'll post another video tomorrow
