    Unhappy Got My Test Levels Checked

    Test Free 96.7

    I looked it up apparently that's like the average for 60 year olds and i'm 20

    I very often go into the gym and get weaker rather than stronger, is it cause of my test levels?
    Anyway I can increase my test levels?

    side note nothing wrong with those test levels they are in the norms. T levels depend on race/age/weight/size/etc. Also on the other side every person is hard wired to have a certain amount of Test. best advice I can give is DONT SELF MEDICATE!

    Many possible ways to help with test natural increase :

    Reduce your sugar/insulin levels,Increase your healthy fats[0.4 per lb],Increase the zinc in your diet,Eat healthy foods,Exercise Regularly
    Don't do crash diet aka reduce your calories too fast.You probably need to eat in a caloric surplus too.
    Use weight machines or free weights 2 to 3 times per week. Do cardio[both interval and sprints]
    Do not over train , Drink plenty of water[30ml per kg of bodyweight is ok] , sleep as long as possible[quality matters,avoid stimulants]
    Reduce your stress levels. Get some sun , have sex/fap

    Do everything above for 1-2 months and go recheck your levels If nothing works then you will probably have to take a drug from the doctor :P
